At Dr. Morepen, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. We hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we offer you complete peace of mind by helping you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances.
DR. MOREPEN : RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Raise a return/ replacement request via email (care@morepen.com) or call within 72 business hours of receiving the order.
- Given that we are dealing with Health & Nutrition/Prevention/Cure, products our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged/wrong product/Incomplete order/missing product.
- Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

- Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
- Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
- Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your Dr Morepen Online Wallet or Bank Account (Shared By You).
- Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS RETURN/ REPLACE OF PRODUCT IS ACCEPTABLE
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS RETURN/ REPLACEMENT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE GIFT WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 -7working days from the day your return/refunds request has been accepted. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3-4 business days from the day your return/refunds request has been accepted. and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We may issue chequein the registered name of customer.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Dr. Morepen coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
- All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days
- ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor etc. However, DR. Morepen takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
- Dr. Morepen is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
SHIPPING CHARGES
- For India Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders of ₹ 500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of ₹ 50 if your total order value is less ₹ 500
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT (ONLY VALID ON ORDERS’ PLACE & DELIVERY IN INDIA):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@morepen.com (Monday to Saturday, (9:30AM to 6PM)In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
